Check eBay for similar models to yours. That's the quickest way

And iirc you can no longer sell it with the tax

It's a shame these S60s bring so little money....I think you'll struggle selling for any more than £1200 tbh
And iirc you can no longer sell it with the tax
That new rule comes in in October this year.

I can't get any interest in my 52 plate 2.4t at £700, so if you're getting offers of £800, I'd bite their hands off.

Ok my 52 plate d5 is rough, & has 198k miles but not had any serious interest at £500 (well no one who will leave a deposit lol)

I got £700 for my geartronic S60 T5 with 80k on it was told £600 part exit owed me £900 over 18 months in depreciation. Problem with the pre facelift models are they can be a ticking time bomb with the dim and other electric gremlins. the other issue is they arnt exactly efficient on fuel compared to newer cars so a lot of people shy away from them because of that.
Not due to the reputation of the sellers is it? lol :D
Possibly, but in my case it's my wife who uses it and the car has been perfect for the past 18 months.

I was having this same conversation with Gary at the Meet yesterday.....it looks like I'll be keeping my D5 until forever - I couldn't afford to let it go for what it's worth tbh.

Cheers for all the info lads and I couldn't sell it for just 800 I know it's worth a lot more and when you see the price of them on eBay and other websites going for a lot more with very high miles lol I think I might just keep her and get her some new toys and bigger power :0)
