I'm just reading up on me7 modifications. I plan on keeping things relatively simple as looks like this one will be my family car. Is it as simple as putting on a blanking plate to get some turbo chatter or are me7's different? Also am I likely to have nivomats on a 00 c70? Thanks boys.
blanking plate not a problem but dont bother with a dump valve, as for nivos i couldnt tell you

I've read really mixed results across the forums on the blanking plate, some use non return valves etc. I just don't want it chucking a wobbler for the sake of some chatter. I'm not a fan of dump valves anyway. Guess I'll have to stick my head under it when I view it. Cheers again!

No nivos on any C70s mate. :D
I can show you how to make a gizmo that'll make it chatter nicely and on high boost, it chirps too :) The engine won't kick off over it either.
