Hello all! Does anyone know what has happened to this guy? or can they contact him? He had an M66 gearbox part of me and admittedly it took a while getting there, but has now had his part and told me it arrived and I have heard nothing from the guy in terms of payment:shifty: And it has been months now as I have sent the guy PM's on both forums and he has had loads of time and still nothing? So if anyone knows? Thanks Greg

You sent a part without payment first?? Brave man :)

I am that type of guy when peps on these forums are stuck, Guess I am a sucker for a hard luck case! 99% of all people are generally ok, like you and me!

Perhaps someone in the family has a wart or an ingrowing toe nail - seems to be the usual excuse on here recently. Good luck with getting paid.
I don't know him, sorry..
Me neither, it's a pita when these kind of things happen, hopefully people will think twice before helping him out next time

I assume you have his address?

Oh yes Santa! But when people don't pay for parts they have had, then don't post in the forums they advertised for said parts, then don't seem to come back after you send them a PM and then only go on to other forums like Volvospeed and post heavily in the M66 tread by Oblark and the 4.4 tuning thread and post they are building electronics for tuning and therefore must be buying other items. I think it kind of shows what the person might really be like! lol Cheers Greg

Thanks All for the interest and advice! Paul has now contacted me, Apparently he thought he had paid me until he checked his paypay account? which is strange as I don't have a paypal account lol But he is now going to pay me mid week so it was all a big mistake after all! Thanks Greg

If the payment turns up, then at least it puts faith back in to helping Forum mates......

Can I borrow a fiver please :)

Post 723729 by JUDGENINJA on 2014-07-11 22:05:01

No problem... I will always borrow what I wouldn't loose too much sleep if you were a "rap-skalian" and failed to return it, but it would be the only favour you get... Even if I was an exact match for an organ for one of your kids...

It's sort of a motto I live by... Ever done a "pass it on good turn"? Where you go out of your way to do a favour for someone and rather than expect a favour back you tell them that they must go out of their way to help someone else..
