Hi there, Just joined after buying my first Volvo, previously owned mainly VAG or BMW stuff but after my wife got a V50 I was impressed and foud myself looking at Volvos myself I don't intend to do too much for now other than enjoy it. 2008 Volvo C70 T5 2.5 Turbocharged 5 Cylinder 83,000 Kms Original Irish Car Plans - Update all the lamps to LED's - Fresh Plates and plate frames - Replace timing belt and water pump and a full Service (plugs/filters pollen/air etc) - Oil was changed before I bought it so not needed for now. - Rear shocks arent the best so replacing with Bilstein B8's with H&R Springs - All 4 tyres have loads of tread but the sidewalls on the rears arent in the best condition so need replacing asap, so either 4 new tyres or take the opportuniy to replace the alloys - Remap Cheers Michael

Im not able to edit my first post for some reason so here is an update 21 July 14 Not having mats annoyed me so I went and ordered a set of oem Volvo Rubber Mats, they were €64 which I thought wasnt bad for oem. I prefer Rubber to velour as its easier to keep clean. 14 September 14 Very small update, I was fed up with the old dealer plate frames and tired looking plates, so I ordered new frames and plates. After fitting them I decided to totally debadge So I went from this To this 02 November 14 I couldnt wait till tomorrow to fit my weight gear knob so did it today. Its really lowered the gear knob position and the extra weight makes it really light to shift gear. Its a really nice quality bit of kit. 04 November 14 Fitted a new set of OEM 18" Mirzam Alloys

So the wifes Volvo is taking up all my spare cash in new tyres and servicing costs, leaving me with nothing to spend. However what a difference a week makes in the weather and I can finally get the roof down and enjoy it doing what it does best Last week Fast forward one week
