PMSL at that... Bleedin cyclists....the ones that don't go through the red lights always seem to rest by leaning against a waiting car wearing their stupid lycra and silly aerodynamic hats.
I think they should be more accountable, as they do cause accidents, everyone has seen the cycle couriers in London. I once saw a motorcycle courier with a washing machine on the back of his bike!

Then, I'd get out, inspect for damage and if there were any, I'd hold onto the cyclist and call the old bill. I'm a cyclist myself (not a roady thou) and leaning against cars an djumping red lights are my pet hates!
