Fuel regulator vac pipe.

Since fitting the GWE intake pipe on the C70, I now have no port for the vac pipe from the fuel regulator :slap: is there any other pipe I can tee into? I'm guessing from its previous location it has to be under constant vacuum, so the vac tree will be no good. The only options I can think of is either get a port fitted in the top silicon intake hose, or disconnect the tcv from the intake pipe and connect it there, but then I'll probably get issues with venting metered air to atmosphere. Any suggestions gratefully received. :)

as far as I can see the pipe your on about is not the fuel pressure reg one , as that goes to the vacuum tree, the pipe giving you troubles is the one from the inlet manifold that connects to it just behind the power steering pump and runs to the tee as the pcv connects to the inlet, personally I'd try it into the tcv's connection to the inlet and run with the tcv's return off, if this gives issues then another spigot may be required or what about teeing into the on the new inlet ??

Mine's M4.4

Think I'm up to speed now just studied the 850awd which is 4.4, think you will have to add an extra nipple or leave the tcv return pipe off and see how she goes, odd that GWE hasn't supplied the correct no of spigots for your application...;)
No, any where after the turbo will be under vacuum and pressure.
But the small PCV pipe goes into the intake pipe before the turbo, or is that pipe under pressure when on boost?

In the catch tank.

I think the obvious way to go would be to drill the inlet pipe and resin the pipe or a pipe connector into it. It's the inlet after all and just needs to be secure and sealed, rather than pressure tested.

When I did the midgets I had to send him out for some adapters to make extra T's for the pipe work
