That's not a light jcb, & got moved quite a distance by a car that weighs almost nothing. I can't figure out why they were waving the green flag just in front of the accident
What's the point of having all the crash padding then put a JCB the "live" side of it? surely they can afford to have mobile cranes situated the safe side

The station upstream is showing waved double-yellow (per FIA standard) as is correct.

Shocking video :( I doubt they could see the flags, but they have the warning lights on the steering wheels and of course the radio
Amazing the way it moved the jcb, some forces involved. Imagine if the workers moving the other car were hit by jules car, unthinkable.

Looks like the family have requested that there is no reporting on his condition. "In intensive care and breathing for himself" is a start at least.
Jeeesus H... I'm amazed he wasn't decapitated. Not sure if its good or bad that he survived that one - he's going to have some horrific injuries.
