Well my new (to me) V70R arrived today, been out for a quick spin in it and it's really nice, very quiet but no weird noises and pulls like it should. Cars just under 113k and recently had a major service. It was too dark when it arrived to take photo's but tomorrow I will give it a wash and then try and decide if I'm selling it or my current one. Looks good mate, would be better in saffy though. ;)

I know, lol. I very nearly bought that Saffie that Daves just sold as I messaged them both at the same time, this guy answered first. I'd love to keep both but I just cant afford to, and I think they're both too good to break. On another topic, was it someone on here who was pointing out to me how to spot a 5 speed auto box on one of these?... this has just got the one big W button on it as apposed to the three for Sports, Winter, Economy etc.
looks very straight tc will you keep the cream interior
I'm not really a fan of it tbh but it's a hell of a lot to try and replace.

Sell sell sell! Think of the profit & I don't believe you'd be happy with an awd auto mate... £$€£$€

Post 745276 by LiamT4 on 2014-10-28 23:07:25

I prefer switchable autos, the so called "adaptive" boxes don't react quick enough when you need it.

Post 745285 by Tomcat on 2014-10-28 23:20:53

One of them needs to go, I'll decide in the morning. As much as I know if be giving up loads if I sold the manual I think I just need a good reliable car for the next year while I finish my degree and find a job.
