Very upset and bothered by the fact that I have received 2 letters - one a termination of employment (not for me) and another for a Talk Talk Direct Debit instruction (not against my bank mind) for someone else using our home address as his contact details. I spoke to Bill Cooper, MD at Air Systems Group as featured in this article - http://www.shropshirelive.com/2013/04/03/apprentices-are-a-valued-asset-says-shropshire-businessman/ - and the sender of the termination letter - and he confirmed the mis-use of my home address as did Talk Talk. Police have been notified. You can also find Mitchel Evason on FB.

Looking at his facebook page, it looks like he's about to be evicted, well he's looking for somewhere to rent. He looks like a right scrote.

The guy has acted like a scrote....the way I would deal with scrotes like this is through his family - nothing hurts more.
In this case - his girlfriend or even better, her Mum & Dad. I'm sure they would love to hear how honest their future son-in-law is.
Or you could just forget him, depends on how much he's rattled your cage.

Nope - I can't believe that.
He's used Dave's address to get a job for one thing, so the address would've been printed on his wage slip, giving him plenty of time to spot and correct his "mistake"
He got him mum to fend for him? seriously?

I could accept the story if it were not for the fact that he wrote down the address (not just the postcode) when working at Air Systems Group - I know this because I spoke the MD - Bill Cooper mentioned in the article. Dunno about Talk Talk.

Well for a kick off Slander is a civil law issue and can't be dealt with via Police. What's he going to sue you for - deformation of character LOL??
I fail to see how the mis-use of my address on 2 separate disconnected events can be an innocent mistake?

I had informed his mom what her son had been up to and educated her into the finer points of cedit fraud and and why using someones elses address on a pay slip is highly suspicious and can be construed as the first step to building an alternate Identenity to commit Fraud which is an illegal offence.
She seemed generally concerned and said that she would be getting to the bottom of this, from her comments it may be a simple mistake but on the other hand she could be just backing up her sons lies.
She also mentioned the reason for his recent termination was that he had posted on facebook a complaint that his work colegues were allowed coffee breaks when ever they wanted and he was not.

This will be my only reply so read it, understand it and don't bother replying - I'll be blocking you as soon as I've sent it. The big mistake you made was using the address of someone who has a lot of friends in a lot of places. Myself and my associates, some of which you may have spoken - to, have taken some offense to the situation. TalkTalk, Air systems, if I look (which I can), will there be more? The fact is, your payslip from Air Systems would have had the incorrect address on it, giving you ample time to amend your supposed "mistake". This is cause enough for suspicion without going into the other indiscretions I've noted. Was it a series of "honest mistakes"? or was it a means of saving a few quid on council tax bills? Or a means of dodging unpaid bills? Personally, I don't care what your excuse is, it's not going to happen again IS IT!?! So, here's what's going to happen: you're going to make sure nobody else receives ANY of your mail and you'll hear no more about it from any of us. This should be pretty easy if you really did make a genuine mistake. Oh - getting your mum involved? seriously, how old are you?[/I]

TV licensing won't do anything or tell me anything because I'm not the licence holder, Natwest fraud team won't do anything because they say it's a retailer dispute so I have to take it up with TV licensing........ Kind of stuck in the middle!

exactly. money talks
I've got a good one. A jointly owed property has gone tits up - huge negative equity coming my way. The other owner (my ex) has recently changed her address and put my parents' address as hers....calling the bank to say hey she doesn't live there...the answer I get is sorry can't speak to you :)
Post 746042 by Bones on 2014-11-02 11:34:30
Direct debit has been stopped....so somebody hasn't got a tv licence anymore......
All the bank tell me to do is speak to trading standards or the financial ombudsman!
Going the full hog of formal complaints to both parties and ombudsman and trading standards! Especially for paying some other persons tv licence for the last 6 years, how can someone with a different name set something up from my account! Who the hell let that happen!
