What an idiot, first thing I'd have done (once I'd been cut out the car) was to find the guy in the porsche and re arrange his features.
So, who's fault was that? if it was a track day then you're supposed to pass on the left, what you can't see in the video is weather the Porsche had his indicators on.

Yea, just watched it all, it looks like the Clio gave the Porsche a tap on the preceding corner, 50 50 in my mind, just aggressive driving from both of them.

So what's the 2nd party have to say about it ?. Did the stewards have anything to say on it or was it just a racing incident ?

Is there a rule how many times you can swerve on the straight like F1,if so he didn't read that line in the rule book. Just wondering if the driver was killed,would the police & law come after the 2nd driver ?.,bit like footballer is being done for assault on the field by the police ?.

police get called to any serious/life threatening crashes. who they 'go after', is another story. Aggressive driving is fine, but contact, in a non contact sport is not. If someone was to make contact with you, it doesn't give you the right to run them off the track. 'rubbing is racing' as some might say. Some drivers in P8R have even been warned about excessive weaving on the green flag lap! lol

looked to me the clio got himself into bother trying to pass down the righthand side as the porsche moved over as the video car behind was faster and passing on the lefthand side correctly, then blames everyone but himself....just my view of it
Having watched both clips I think the porsche driver was being overly agressive and just didnt want the clio to pass (on either side), every time the clio gets near the porsche swerves to block his path, guys a tit and quite frankly shouldn't be racing at any level if that's his answer to someone wanting to come past him.

Yeah you would but still... you would also think that someone would have more sense than to drive like that in what is a friendly bit of competition, his driving was nothing short of dangerous. How he could be concentrating on the road ahead when he was constantly swerving to stop the guy in the clio from getting past is any ones guess.

I love the red mist track days, both to blame imo, Clio should have backed off and just stayed behind for a bit, nothing like someone in your mirror to put you off and cause a mistake. I loved my Clio track car.
do you think there may have possibly been some previous between the two drivers for the porsche driver to be like that with the clio driver ??? would need to see more footage though, of how the porsche driver behaves with the other drivers on track .

Hmm... Does look pretty deliberate to me. The Porsche driver seems to keep turning in once he's hit the Clio. Lucky to get out of that one with both his legs, could have easily been fatal. After realising I still had the use of both my legs, I would have grabbed the nearest steward and relieved him of his equipment, flagged the Porsche and once stopped tried my best to ram the fire extinguisher up his arse!!
I have to say the number of moves across the track doesn't count towards a gentleman racer. Surprised the Clio couldn't keep the power on a flip the Porsche sideways..
