Personally abdul the genuine and original ones have lasted this long you minds well just replace them with the same
fair point that Pete, there used to be someone on here that made them up to order, but not heard of him of late and my grey cells are having an age related moment and I can thing of his name for sure, but Swampy rings a bell for some reason

Yeah I think it was swampy if it isnt im sorry swampy but a few people had problems with him it seems these days trying to find quality honnest people are getting harder to come by. another problem with braided is they are braided on the external so you cannot see the condidtion of the rubber

Pay the extra & buy good ridge. That swampy is a waste of space with poor excuses! Ripped me off when I paid for coloured hoses yet I eventually after a month, ended up with standard stainless. For the sake of a few quid he'd rather tarnish his name. His hoses were good quality, just a shame he's not.

that explains his disappearance then, why is it that some people can make some quality stuff for a while and then go completely ££££e and awkward to deal with in such a short time, is beyond me

Why don't you do the same as me? Use earls, £30-ish posted a pair made to order, your length and fittings and earls are extremely good hoses comparable with goodridge, and make a lot of bike hoses.
