Bizarre, surely the gasses from one cylinder wouldn't be enough to make it spool, although it is tiny! Hands up who's gonna try bolting 5 turbos to their T5?!
I'm wondering whether the three exhaust ports meet at one point in the head?
I noticed a V70/S80 sales brochure in the showroom at the Volvo Specialist, only Diesel engine options were shown, no petrol engines at all. Weird!
3 cylinder petrol turbo works well we fit them in the new shape minis 1.5 as well wonder if volvo will be buy ours from us lol
I like that they are trying different things! I like the setup for the triple boosted engine with one turbo per two cylinders and a supercharger for the initial boost! 450bhp from 2000cc! http://www.pistonheads.com/news/default.asp?storyId=31295
