I've an alpine headunit with Bluetooth, ipod and handfree. stereo was £129 and plugged alsmost right in. fed the cable under the dash with cable ties and up under the window trim. The microphone has its own clip so it was really straight forwards. I didn't need to unscrew or unclip anything and it took approx 1 hr if you take your time.

I have the parrot asteroid mini in my D5 the unit cost about 200, it's a definate improvement over the old parrots I have had and they where decent enough

You can do it but it's not going to be cheap, I had a genuine one in the C70 but that come from factory.
