Not sure where to pop this thread. I'll be starting restoring / commissioning my 855r olive, it will be gone through front to back (bloody used to it now) changing / replacing / checking: Vac lines Water hoses Brakes Oil Gearbox oil Clutch Driveshafts Turbo Pcv Wishbones Refresh / feed interior (it's black) Rust treat underneath where possible I.e wheel arches inner wings etc. Etc, I'm sure you get the idea. Steve will be looking at the body work as there are a few grazes / marks as it's on 217k, so will be refreshed with a new flip up spoiler. A 103k engine is going in with a 6sp focus close ratio box and fresh mot, spec wise it will be standard. However I don't want this car, but I do want an 854r (850r saloon manual) preferably in teal, but will consider other colours, no rubbish please. It won't be ready for ages, as the gul is nearly finished and the 940 will need some work, but later in the year it should be done. It will not be a show car, just a good honest example that should be mechanically sound, I'm not interested in selling and if it doesn't go it will turn into yard art / be rarely driven.
