With the klracing group buy does anyone know the maximum width for the 850 retaining the air con? Is it 40, 50 or 60mm

My do88 intercooler is 50mm, I think Nealevo is the one to talk to :)

Mine it 50mm too, and I retained my air con rad with the slightest of fettling, but it was close

Mine is also a 50mm one that I fitted but I didn't want to either push the rad back or notch the front brace so didn't use the air con rad but left pipe work there if I decide to install it. Personally got for the 40mm one

poor pics but......... 50mm inc AC: Image 60mm without: Image in both cases, you can see the panel holding the relays has moved back, but I think if you want to use a 60mm,you will need some brackets to move the rad rearwards, if you want to keep the AC
