I had a look at this, problem was it doesn't really matter what you put in, they would need extra amplifiers to get any improvement. I did upgrade the wiring to my rear speakers and wired them into an amp in the boot with the view to upgrade the speakers but the stock ones were ok just being amplified (they are on the limit though LOL). Will upgrade them once I get it back on the road.
Yeah I did a bit of research on the t'interweb when I posted this and it seems that a 6.5"speaker is needed but you need to watch the depth of them. Mamy have said that an amp would also be needed. Don't suppose you know the rms of the stock ones do you DD? Think I will get the speakers first as I know where I am with what the head unit can put out and get them based on the amp I will put in at a later date:)
