Spent a great day with Martin today...as i was new to V70's he offered to check the car over & look for any problems.....he removed & cleaned the throttle body, checked the boost hoses & generally checked the old girl over... Nothing nasty was found other than a knackered top engine mount, a lower gearbox mount & the need for a brake service.... He also threw in some bacon butties & lashings of coffee...& took me for a spin in his ex-plod V70.....which makes all the right noises & goes like stink...:-) Top bloke & a good welcome to the club.... Thanks Martin...i hope your wife didn't give you to much grief for not sorting the kitchen floor...!! Jon ps....also need to a re-map asap......
