Surfing Autotrader as always dreaming of cars I could, but usually can't afford. I've just seen a Polestar with only 100miles(quoted) at £41K. That's a drop of nearly £10k in a few months.
Just need it to drop a little bit more.... OK, quite a bit more... and one will be mine..!!

seems most modern cars depreciate like a stone as soon as you drive them off the court their worth half of what they were bought for

Sounds like it's PreRegistered or a Demonstrator....the £10K saving will be the VAT lol

You can get quite nice discounts on brand new purchases, too. Personally, I'd never buy a brand new car... you lose way too much by just driving it out of the show room. I had some statistics somewhere and a lot of the new Volvos are losing 60% in the first three years. Even popular German models are losing half. That is an awful lot of money lost for the luxury of driving a new car.
