Body work is excellent for 10 years old (just starting to bubble slightly on one arch) and has 115k on the clock. Now then... whats the fuel consumption like on these babys? Picking it up monday!!! Craig[/QUOTE] Welcome- seems everyone is joining at once!! Fuel consumption - Auto or Manual? Manual should be about 20-21 in the town, 26ish generally and about 30 on a cruise @ 70mph. Auto should be 18-19 in the town, 25-26 generally and about 31-32 on a cruise @ 70mph.

Hi mate :welcome: Is it manual or auto? Has it been on this forum before? A average 20mpg but some people get as much as 28mpg, suppose it depends on driving style and distances travelled, a can sit at 55mph and it'll sit at 40-45mpg on instant, at 70 it bounces between 28 and 35mpg Hope you enjoy your new ride.....

Not sure if its been on the site before but it probably wouldn't suprise me. Its been well looked after and drove like a dream when I took it for a test drive the other day... Not sure how many previous owners yet as they were waiting to get the docs from the dealership it was traded in at. Does £1800 seem like a decent price? With Full MOT & Service (not main dealer). Only thing it needs is a new aerial at the back and that bubbling sorting out on the rear arch before it gets any worse. Apart from that it was great

I bought mine recently and have to say what a lot of car for such little money. Had pipe-dreams about an Evo 7 but just cannot bring myself to part with so much money and watch it depreciate as fast as the fuel gauge drops. At least this way only one thing is dropping! Lovely cars.... PPS, nice being able to buy 95 RON again, chasing down super unleaded has become a pre-occupation I can do without

Car is prety close to mine in the looks department. Unusual to find bubbling on these cars unless a repair has been made to the panel. Generally bodywork lasts very well. The aerial is part of the rear window N/S on these cars so if it is knackered you will have to change the glass. They sometimes get damaged by objects rubbing against them in the load area. You could probably fit a roof aerial instead. I am sure someone on here will have done something like in the past. Anyway welcome to the fold
