Hi folk, im Stewart thought I would finally sign up & introduce myself!
Ive caught the volvo bug and so far have;
Work Car- P1 V70 170K still going like new
Current/Project- 1993 940 Highlander 200K and very tired! Technically got it for nothing, maintaining my 100% free volvo record!
previously had an 1996 850 with 160k which drove flawlessly across europe.
Sold my 850 4 months back, got it for the sum of £0.00 spend about £600 on it and many, many hours and then rallied it 4500 miles to rome and back.
Ive taken this 940 as a trade for doing work on my mates 340 which we picked up last monday done a full service, timing belt etc wee patch of welding on the chassis leg and under sealed the Underside
Im not sure what i plan to do with the 940 in all honesty its pretty far gone needs front wings, tailgate and rear pillars are damaged and its leaking oil like no tomorrow and also needs a real Good cut and polish!
