Hi everyone,
I am here to catch up with few friends banned from the VOC, whom I missed.
Hoping to meet new British subjects as well.
I am from Beirut, Lebanon, where Volvos are not that popular.
I am an architect, I temporarily reside and work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where Volvos are also a rare breed.
Anyhow, hoping to make the best of it,
Nothing at the moment will be more gratifying to say hello to you all
than the glorious forests of the cedars of Lebanon.

Rawas, I've got to ask...why 'the' Lebanon? Is it because correct name (according to Wikipedia anyway) is 'the Lebanese Republic'?

I refer to the republic of Lebanon and not the human league song.

Hi Biff,
There are 3 cars in the family.
Mine is a 1998 S70 2.5 Turbo petrol engine.
The wife's is an 2008 XC90 3.2 AWD 6 cylinder petrol engine.
May& Rami, my daughter and son shares an 2015 Peugeot 208.
However,
Volvo is my transport, Classic Alfa Romeos is my passion.
It would definitely shows up later,lol.

The guys are good, very sharp..intelligent I mean. They (& I) work in Africa, construction industry of a sort...I was surprised to see many Lebanese businesses in Nigeria also
