Possible track car.

Bought this a few months back with a view to do it up, and sell it on: It's a 2.0L GT (ST202) anyway since we've bought a XC90 it'll make a great tow car, so I'm thinking of stripping the Celica and using it as a track car. Anyone know much about these, and if they're easy to get more power from, what handling mods suit it best etc. Any advise/thoughts appreciated.

If your planning to do that wouldn't it be better to sell and buy a similar aged MR2?

GT's are poop, as above I'd sell it and buy an MR2, even an N/A REV3 would be far superior and more fun.
