I finish work at 16.00 hours Mon to Fri, at 15.50 i eject my card, to hand in paperwork, keys, etc, wash hands and before getting blocked in the cab by closely parked HGV,s. The next day i do a manual entry for other work to show where my ten minutes are,,,,, the transport manager says this is perfectly acceptable and i have been doing this for over a year- with no infringments or anything said on the matter, One of the other drivers will not take his card out till bang on 16.00hrs and says its wrong that i am taking my card out 10 mins early,,, Who is right on the matter?
