Hi All
My T5 smokes after warm up........ not black or blue more white vapor...... smells rich - has RICA REMAP...... ;)
I read a post from MR T regarding smoking and that he found out that it was a blocked breather......
Stupid me was detailing the engine bay the other day and lent on what I imagine was a breather pipe ( plastic pipe inside foam ??????) was completely perished anyway!!!! more holes than a GOLF COURSE!!!!
I guess its a breather because it had no clips holding it.....replaced with blue hose in picture at the moment.... Here's a pic:
Any ideas if it is in fact a breather or why she may be smoking..... I was told she does burn a tiny bit of oil and oil has dropped a tiny bit (not driving her at the moment - just ran on drive a fair few times) :(
Would bad breathers cause oil to burn off?????
