Hi, a newbie to the forum. I have an 03 S60R which although currently a bottomless money pit, I love and won't give up on! I'm certain that puts my sanity into question :cuckoo: any therapists here??!!

But as for therapy, I think that comes from the satisfaction of fixing them and taking them out for a good blast when done...:)

Welcome along & nice car......my wife's a therapist & says it's healthy to have a stimulating hobby, one that makes you happy & fulfilled....I agree.... but I just don't tell her how much the happy feeling costs as I suspect that I may need the services of a mortician when she finds the receipts [probably quite a few of us in that boat!], & fulfilment only lasts until the next mechanical failure:doh: A passion for Volvos is both a blessing & a curse :) Take it easy, Morgan

Welcome to the forum, we currently have 4 money pits, to be fair, our S60R hasn't been too bad, also have a P1 V70R, C70 T5 GT, and a XC90 T6.

Thank you for all the 'welcomes', much appreciated! Wondering if anybody on here is in the Gloucestershire area or not stupid far away, with mechanical skills that I'm lacking, and willing to help fit an intercooler kit and some other parts? Happy to pay going labour rate and travel expenses, just pretty sick of being ripped off by dealers, and pseudo expert independents who simply can't be trusted to correctly diagnose and fix simple problems with the car, let alone fit performance parts.
