Sometimes at our local Shell station the queue is so long and you can guarantee it's when only one cashier is on, so this new thing could be great.
Amazing how a few months back they'd be screaming down the tannoy demanding you stop using your phone on the forecourt pmsl.....'IT'S GONNA BLOW.....'

Got the app but just use it to monitor my points. I'm not gonna bother with the PayPal bit - the PayPal account is the only source of money I have that the missus can't get her hands on lol. I was pleased to find that, when I fill up my work van (fuel card) I can still collect shell points. The van has an 80L tank :D
had trouble getting the app to load on my phone whilst on the forecourt.
Seemingly you need to zoom in and scan from the drivers seat of your car, then leave the mobile phone in your car... You are still not allowed to use your phone whilst refuelling. We'll see if it works in a few weeks down my way..
