I've found a couple of places which do replacement keys on line and there's a couple of shops locally.
When are people doing about replacement keys? With or without transponders
I've found a place online that will cut from the key code or photo (if photo they then supply code to you) and will reprogramme a transponder if original key supplied.

I used the company below to find a key blank for an old Renault door key + cut it according to a code I gave them

...& a Timpson's to cut a Honda ignition key. Neither of the keys were transponder type.

Volvo only charged me £9.40 for a replacement laser cut key (non-transducer), that was back in 1999 so they might of changed

Cascades opposite fabric land
£12 supplied and cut, I thought it wasn't unreasonable (non transponder) or £40 transponder.
I've found a place that does transponders for £25 (online you'd have to send your key)
Timpsons wouldn't touch it as no blank and would want £25 if they did for non transponder
