I've seen a spate of p2r headlamps wanted because of breakages. Does anyone know of replacement glass alone? Here's what I bought last year but not fitted yet. Handily set up for euro driving

You can't get replacement glass for a P2R.

Gary Cole bought some for his from Volvo but that might have been a while back. I've definately seen it myself but again at least 2years ago.

http://www.vivaperformance.com/replacement-passenger-side-headlamp-glass-lense-s60r-v70r/ Found it although not a cheap option, I've got a spare set, I've definately seen it available for around £150 a pair new plus postage

I bought a set from another member a couple of years ago for the bi-xenons on my T5. I think Volvo wanted about £120 for each glass lens. No idea if they're still available but way cheaper than a new headlamp unit even if the replacement job was a PITA! Would definitely recommend hunting down the headlight protectors. Ironically, I've just sold mine to Harvey!

I had a set for the bi-zenons on my D5. Managed to break one while preparing for a skiing blitzkrieg across Europe to Kitzbuhel. Volvo had stopped making them at that stage and I was told they weren't actually needed due to the straight horizontal cut off pattern of the beam on these lights.
