evening fellas , got some new wheels for the cossie on Friday with a staggered offset problem is the rear wheels stick out and catch the arch . so was thinking of getting them redrilled to 5x108 to fit the new t5 any one had this done ?? whats the pros and cons aswell cheers

Or just get some PCD adaptors made? Got to be easier? Mind, 4x108 to 5x108 might be an issue.

personally wouldnt redrill wheels adaptors is only safe way but uve already said they will stick out to much just add on a set of bolt on arches and see wat they look like on

am not sticking arches on the cossie bud lol , could I machine the hub of the wheel and then use group A wheel nuts ??

Probably best not to grind away material on the mounting face as you're likely to weaken the alloy.
