Turbotoster on barry boys, a complete tosser, caught fire because he put the exhaust out of the rear quarter, behind the side window.

I'm sure thats the monstrosity I saw at vmax in March, it went well and then pissed oil everywhere...

What springs to mind the Romans had chariots that had blades underneath that's not far short of the same, was it road legal. With those sharp edges.
I'm sure thats the monstrosity I saw at vmax in March, it went well and then pissed oil everywhere...
he claimed it was an oil pipe that started the fire, while other Elise owners were saying the fuel line is/was too close to the turbo/exhaust
he claimed it was an oil pipe that started the fire, while other Elise owners were saying the fuel line is/was too close to the turbo/exhaust
exhaust and/or turbo look likely suspects IMHO
Turbotoster on barry boys, a complete tosser, caught fire because he put the exhaust out of the rear quarter, behind the side window.
Original Poster:turbotoaster 373 posts 71 months [report][news]Thursday 1st Octoberquotequote all For reference it seems the fuel line between the bulkhead and the fuel filter split and sprayed fuel all over my engine bay, this is the OEM fuel line and filter fitted in the factory position, after that it was academic as it took 7 marshalls to put the fire out. Up until that point the car was going really well, i was on my 4th session halfway through, so had already done 30 laps(10 per session) and was really enjoying myself, had no issues with heat at all, nothing blistering or sucumbing to heat. Me and the car was getting faster and staying flat through a few of the corners showed the downforce was making a difference. Currently stripping everything down at the moment which is not a nice experience
