To settle a discussion between Shepbomb and I, what meat (or substitute) makes for the best roast dinner. Ste thinks Beef, I said Lamb but may change my mind to Goose

Beef, no blood please & I'm partial to a bit of turkey especially now I haven't had any for a while in the build up to the festive period. For the record I had a cheese sandwich for Sunday dinner & I'm making a chicken curry for my tea. Not very traditional at all.

Whatever it is the smell puts me off but maybe that's because I used to work in a place burning amputated limbs. :)
