I'm been thinking about this for a while, a VolvoSportUK performance mag, it's in the starting stages and anyone is welcome to add input, articles or there own cars.
I'm thinking a Feb issue for what's up and coming this year with meets and a Nov issue with what's happened over the current year, Dyno days, gburg trips, track days, events etc.
It's always nice to have your own car in a mag and something to put up.

Were it to be a print magazine you would need deep pockets and a lot of hope..... not forgetting the VOC's existing dreary tome that comes with membership.
If you are considering basically another single interest website then you are really only adding another to the many that presently cover our interests in one way or another.... with a fair bit of duplication as it is.

With the right content and presentation I'm sure you'd get readers, however the days of the paper format magazine are numbered, especially for a pretty niche market like performance Volvo enthusiasts.
I don't want to piss on your parade, but it's probably not viable as a printed magazine that people would have to buy.
It'd be much more viable as an E Magazine, using something like ISSUU:

It wouldn't be like the Volvo drivers mag, which I've written for 4 times recently.
I have managed to secure some funding from Volvo for the mag towards printing costs and placement in dealerships, with cars being made available for events and testing.
VolvoSportUK has been running very successfully as a Facebook group for the last 3 months and running very nicely so far, it's being kept small, I don't have any intention of going into a forum (too much hassle).
So far we've this year were in process of / had
2 dynos days
VOLVOMAX bruntingthorpe
Beaulieu national motor museum
Mercedes Benz world
Cadwell park track day
Gothenburg factory tour, with museum and access to test track cars and poss Lorry driving test track and being there for the 90yr celebration.
Incarnation (small modified nation type event)
2 X ace cafes and 2 X already planned for next year.
Volvo flagship dealer (west London cars) event possible also
Volvo ice driving next winter, on the frozen sea ice in xc90s etc
Västerås (driving to Largest car show in world) in Sweden
Nurburgring run is still on the cards too.
Redbull soap box racers, as a Volvo team.
It's fortunate I have lots of time to organise events
