So it's that time of year again,
Well it's actually overdue, ran out at the end of March but I've been flat out at work and been waiting for parts to arrive.
But this weekend involved new shocks, lowering springs (old ones were completely shot, they were rattling away and weren't actually doing anything anymore), polybushes, handbrake tweeking and another ball joint replaced.
So getting a tyre fitted in the morning because one will definitely be at least an advisory.
So hopefully as of tomorrow, another years ticket then on to cam belt change and start looking for another set of wheels!

I know but it's still a horrid experience having someone else looking over your car isn't it?
It's like some stranger who doesn't know anything about is holding the cards to wether it can or can't be on the road. I do all my own work on it, I know which bits need looking at soon, I know what each ty-rap and bit of chewing gum holds together!haha
It sailed through last year though :-)

I now what you mean, especially the ty-raps and chewing gum....lol, not that there's much on mine other than the drivers wing and bumper as most could tell you. As for the test I always use the same local garage so the lads know my cars and there fair with them too. I will be there with the olive T-5R end of this week begining of next, to get a ticket on her for this years running about, so some checking over this week to make sure all is tickety boo and ready to go. Bit that really makes me laugh is he always chucks a dose of cat cleaner into it, I'm sure that I've told him a few times now that she doesn't have one.....;)

She passed! Some advisories but just stuff that's in the pipeline to be changed anyway!
And getting a new job as well!
Today has been a good day!
