Welcome along :)
A manual T5 for £300??!!
Small problems there, once done you'll have a cracking car for buttons.
ABS light will either be the reluctor rings on the hubs full of crap or split, or dry solder joints on the ABS ECU board.
Wobbly Dave on here used to fix them, maybe worth giving him a shout.
Coolant light is most likely a sunk float in the expansion tank.
Replacement tank is cheap enough, or you could always unplug it.
If it has the three disc head unit, they're nearly always broken.
Just take it out and shove something different in the hole. Double din units fit with a little fettling.
Oh, if it hasn't got one already - fit a strut brace up front.
Makes a world of difference to the scuttle shake, but it never goes away.

A stones throw from me. I've had 2 p1's so can advise if needs be.
Steve I will only have a t5 after being spoilt. I'm hoping I either move closer to work or work closer to home before I get another.
At the min I'm enjoying & modifying (on a massive budget) a 170bhp & 276lb ft standard golf estate. Proper q-car. lol
