Microfibre has been around a while now so I was wondering. Does anyone still use a chamois rather than microfibre? microfibre just seems to hold anything that sticks to it fluff, dirt etc.

I use waffle weave drying towels. You're supposed to pat dry rather than wipe, so you need a few large ones to do a Volvo.

I stopped using chamois leather donkeys years ago. Used Microfibre for a very long time, but now I use these http://www.polishedbliss.co.uk/acatalog/pb-luxury-drying-towel-cat5.html It will dry the entire car without wringing out once! I don't use it on the wheels though, I just use microfibre cloths for those.
