Hi There,
I am resident in Dublin, Ireland and am [was] the proud owner of a 2000 Volvo C70. I have recently run into problems with my roof where it will not close properly. It goes down about 80% of the way then stops. I brought it to a Volvo garage and they have informed me that the sensors are 'offline' - in order to fix the problem they will need to disassemble the whole roof unit with a prohibitive cost for same.
Has anyone come across this problem. Does anyone have a recomendation as to how it could be fixed in the cheapest way possible [which works]..if there is any garage which you would reccomend it would be even better,
All help/advise gratefully received....

i am at a dealer in uk.
i think the units were about £300. Havent seen many other faults that werent related to this. obviously this isnt a guarentee that's what yours is without looking, but ask them to be sure its definately not that.
