Hello all...
Now that I have waved goodbye to a company car and its just me doing doing a short 12mile each way commute I am collecting my first volvo project tonight. 850 2.0 20v with just over 100k on the clock a years test and very very cheap it was too good to say no to!
Already have lots of ideas but I joined to see what other people are doing and have a place to maybe show it off during and after the work is done...
Who knows how long I could have it... but I will always have my eyes open for the ideal t5.
Any little performance mods or cosmetic ideas are welcome I will have a browse round and see what you have all done

I don't think there is much you can do performance wise apart from a remap and it probably isn't worth the money for the performance gain. That and the usual exhaust and air filter upgrades.

You are right... but why not have a little fun with it all the same before getting something with a little more bang later in the year (once the mrs car is paid off)

My first Volvo 850 was a 2.0 20v and the unmistakable 5 pot burble is lovely.

I might be able to help with the manifold. A friend who worked for twr in the btcc days has one and I think he might just sell it.
