Hi all, can anyone help me place a value on a V70R involved in a bereavement settlement? Its a 1999 phase 3 in Laser blue, approx 81k miles Body/interior condition is excellent all around, a few chips on the wheel edges, a fingernail sized rust spot on the rear arch. Better than age/mileage would suggest really. If you were fussy some bumper corners could do with refinishing Mechanically the car has has the gearbox refurbed and new quality tyres, a couple of new coil packs, always been very well looked after. The biggest drawback is an oil leak on the block which requires the engine out to repair. However with this done the car is pretty faultless. I need to work out if it better selling the car as-is to an enthusiast or making an offer on it, having the work done and possibly using as a practical classic to get me and the dogs into local car shows. An ideas of the cars value before and after repair will help this.
