Hello everyone, My name is Pete and as you can see I've just registered. Looking to get a V50 R Design so any advice on what to look out for will be very much appreciated. Found this one today - http://www.woodhornmotors.co.uk/used-cars/volvo-v50-1-6-d2-r-design-5dr-ashington-201702021906630 - and I want it right now. Seems very well spec'd if a little bit high priced, but that can be negotiated. I'm new to diesels as I've had [still got] a MK4 Astra 1.6 8v which I've had for 12 years and 250,000 miles. It's time to upgrade. Was looking at possibly getting a D3 2.0 but seem to have found the 1.6D to be better spec'd.
