Anyone successfully repaired their stuck mileage odometer, (VDO) on a 1995 T-5R? I'm assuming its one of the little gear wheels gone behind the little motor.
Anyone successfully repaired their stuck mileage odometer, (VDO) on a 1995 T-5R? I'm assuming its one of the little gear wheels gone behind the little motor.
I did mine using a gear from a spare set of clocks I had. You have to dismantle the clock cluster but once apart the odometer part is easy to get to You can get new gears from ebay like this one: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Volvo-850-92-97-Odometer-Gear-Repair-Kit-with-VDO-instrument-cluster/292333036957?fits=Car+Make%3AVolvo&hash=item441068259d:g:eGAAAOSwLU5Z5Mhq Just make sure they are the miles gear and not the kilometers gear
