Hi all, Yet another drama, my daughter, who is a community nurse is currently leasing a Renault Kadja which was due to go back to Lex several months ago, but because of supply problems with the Golf she has ordered as a replacement, it is not due to be replaced until late August. Unfortunately for her (and I suspect me), in the last several months she has managed to scuff quite badly the ROS door and had the ROS door and drivers' door keyed. Two of the alloys have also sustained kerbing damage. When it is eventually handed back to Lex I cant see the bodywork damage being forgiven as fair wear and tear. I am tempted to get it repaired but if the subsequent inspection I might end up forking out twice. Has anyone had any similar dealings with lease companies? Regards to all.

Thought this rang a bell, I remembered the thread from last year, finally time to part with the car...could you not get some specialist the just improve the grazes to pass inspection, there are some clever repair systems out there these days.

I think the depth and length of the keying may be outside the capabilities of a smart repair, going to hawk it around a few body shops when she has a day off. Cheers everyone.
