Hello everyone. New here and first-time owner of a nordic barge. Bought this '06 plate V70 R with 125k a couple of weeks ago in Wales and thoroughly enjoyed the long delivery trip up to Glasgow. It seems like a pretty clean car with no mods and one previous keeper, though I have found a couple of things needing attention. I'll be taking it to stage 0 for now and no doubt scouring the forum for some giants' shoulders to stand on.

Manual. I was seeing a surprising number of imported geartronic R's for sale but only ever saw 2 manuals in the time I was looking. Any idea what the production numbers are? I was looking at howmanyleft but not sure on its accuracy between model types.

Nice car and welcome along, many you enjoy many smiles over the miles of your ownership, there are a good few owners on here that will be able to assist you with V70R issues, not that there seem to be many if the car is well cared for.
I keep Swedish made Ferrita and TME stainless exhausts for these cars in stock..... Only driven it 500 miles (most of that was the delivery trip) and already laid up on the drive to replace the PCV system. Not as bad as I thought with an extra pair of hands available.
