can anyone enlighten me as to what the noise is on my drivers side, seems to come from the rear but not sure, it a cracking/knocking noise,could be from front and seems to do it under acceleration and over bumps,regards jim the car is the v70 d5 02

Check the top mounts on the rear shocks http://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/tips.php#shock-clunk
