I need to remove the window regulator cassette - I've got so far as removing the clips on the green bearings that attach to the window rail, but I don't see how the arm bit is meant to come away from the green bearing. Any help? Cheers!!!

Hum, is it a case of pulling it away from the rail, leaving the window glass still on the rail?
To answer my own question, the lifter arm can be seperated from the lifter rail sliders by using a small 'L' alan key as a crowbar to pry the gap between the lifter arm and the metal attached just underneath the glass. Hope this helps someone some day!
